Included in this labor intensive process is our paint integrity inspection in which every exterior panel is measured to definitively identify existing problems and document the surface coatings on all surface types including steel, aluminum, urethane, fiberglass and carbon fiber to within 1 micron (0.00003937 inches) of precision. Bonded surface contaminants are safely removed leaving a perfectly clean paint surface. We then apply our paint correction process safely and permanently removing all visual defects including scratches, swirl marks, micro-marring, chemical etching, water marks and holograms. Finally all exterior surfaces of the vehicle are sealed for protection including at least 4 coatings of concours grade Carnauba Wax. We recommend Swissvax™ Mystery, Divine and Crystal Rock waxes (55%, 60% and 76% carnauba content by volume respectively). Interior surfaces are cleaned and treated with processes specific to their type. Metallic and word trim pieces are polished with their respective polishes. Leather is gently cleaned and fed a nourishing cream to soften the hide and maintain suppleness and water repellency. Natural and synthetic suede is gently brushed clean. Synthetic interior surfaces are cleaned and treated to resist UV damage and other environmental factors. A vehicle condition report is provided upon vehicle delivery. Our Paint Correction Detail includes all the services needed to leave your vehicle with a new car shine. Beginning with out swirl-free vehicle cleansing process, every surface of your vehicle is cleaned. We then proceed to remove contaminants bonded to the exterior painted surfaces. This includes the safe removal of bird and insect stains, light chemical etching, tar spots, surface oxidation and embedded rail and brake dust. Existing paint defects such as light scratches, swirl marks, micro-marring, chemical etching, water marks and holograms are permanently corrected leaving a significantly clearer, glossier paint finish. Finally, the painted surfaces and wheels are protected with a high grade Carnauba wax. We recommend Swissvax™ Concourso and Mystery waxes (51% and 55% carnauba content by volume respectively). To complete the exterior treatment the metal trim and accents are polished, rubber trim and tires are dressed. Every interior surface is thoroughly cleaned, condition and protected against future damage to round up our most popular service.

Unless prepared correctly, even new cars can have imperfect paintwork. Whether due to improper transportation, storage or poor pre-delivery preparation affected areas are polished to permanently remove blemishes.
